Get the PPE HID Conversion Kit to light your way. HID lights produce a cleaner, whiter light that is more natural for the eye to see and are just flat out brighter than halogen bulbs. The HID bulbs in the PPE HID Conversion Kit can produce up to 3,200 lumens at 5,000K, which is approx. 3 times the lumen output found in a standard halogen bulb. Thanks to their Xenon gas based operating system, as opposed to a halogens filament, they can also last approximately 4,000 hours which is over 10 times the life of a standard halogen bulb! The on-board CPU on PPE ballasts monitor the lights in real time, thus making sure the lights do not run too hot or too cold or are under or over powered. In addition, the digital ballasts are waterproof, heat-resistant, and shockproof.

Installation is a simple ‘Plug and Play,’ which means no cutting and splicing wires. Most installations can be performed in approximately 30 minutes per side.
