Performance modifications, tips & tricks

I have a 97 K2500 suburban/ 5.7. Three years ago I swapped in a nv4500 when my 4l80e gave out. I had a 97 k2500 donor truck so I swapped the pcm, wiring harness and floor shift np241 also. Looking for more power I found a 97 suburban with a 454. After a mild performance rebuild on the 454 it needs to replace the 350 that currently resides in front of the nv4500. The donor suburban should provide me everything except a manual flywheel for the 454 which I can get at rockauto. My question is which wiring harness do I use? Can the 350 wiring harness be used and modified for the fuel injectors or do I use the 454 wiring harness and computer and just set the trans portion of it into neutral. That wiring harness is also set up for a np243 electronic shift t-case.
