I'll try to get the part number on the pedal position sensor tomorrow. I think I pulled it from the same denali or the 01 silverado next to it.

I believe I also have the connectors+pins for the denali throttle. I have to check my stash of connector from mouser.

It should be in good working order. I bought it from a member on PT.net a while back and told me it worked perfect. I bought it along with the 01-02 LS1 tac and 90mm conversion cable. The previous owner bought all three in a kit new from Calspeed & performance as an alternative to the X-link 90mm conversion box.
I should be able to test it out on my brother's '03 tahoe when he get into town tomorrow.

do you happen to know if the LS2 TB will communicate with the LS1 or denali TAC, and denali pedal? I've always been under the impression that all 3 had to be from the same setup to communicate correctly....

I believe the 12574221 TAC comes on the 2002 trucks with DBW and should run the 90mm with the supplied harness. Don't know if the pedal will work with it and I dont know if the 01 denali tac will work with the 90mm. I am going to test out the 12574221 TAC and 90mm on my brothers 03 tahoe. Supposedly it works on the 03-07 trucks but only get 85-90% throttle opening but I believe running a 411 PCM you can get 100%. EFIconnection used to list the 12574221 TAC on their website for the DBW conversion.
The only number I found on the pedal sensor was 25324762. I had to remove the sensor and it was stamped underneath.

Tested out the LS2 tb with the 02 tac on a 2003 tahoe with 1k pcm and it worked like its suppose to. Only opens 85% but that's what everyone has observed that is using this tac/tb combo on the 03-07 trucks instead of the Torque Rush 90mm unit. I then tested out the LS2 tb with the 01 denali tac and it worked the same as the 02 tac in the 2003 tahoe. I then tested out the 01 pedal with the 01 denali tac and LS2 tb and everything worked the same way as before.
Later this week I will make a bench harness to test everything out with a 411 PCM loaded with a 01 denali calibration. The main thing I will test is the 01 throttle with the 01 denali tac and pedal.

I am interested in the denali stuff, but it'll have to wait for a while, it looks like I won't have the funds for a bit, I'll have to get back to you about it later if you still have them...

I'm interested in whatever I need to convert my setup to DBW?
Would make it sooo much easier with the relocation of the TB for the Supercharger setup.

I made a conversion harness that plugs into the 8pin connector of a 03-07 DBW harness and the other end into the 01-02 Throttle. I tried testing it out on a spare engine harness I had lying around by giving the tac power and ground but I believe you have to have a PCM connected so they can communicate. My bro took his 03 tahoe out of town but I can steal my cousin's 03 yukon tomorrow and do a test on the 01-02 throttle with denali tac and pedal. Once I see that they all work together I will sell the throttle, tac, pedal and connector plugs. The only connector that you will need is the one below from mouser.

Yeah Juc....I'm gonna have a play...see what I can do. Hopefully I can getall of it to work. It'll make the whole Whipple and intercooler installation a hell of alot easier.
I'm at work. I have the box of parts sitting here infront of me as I type. Been filing the casting marks and rough edges off the TB (ready for polishing )...and removing any unnecessary bits. Just have to get the pedal assembly apart and give it all a coat of paint.
