I had a similar problem with my previous Suburban. My oil pressure would drop to near nothing and it would stall if I didn't (couldn't) give it a bit more pedal. It was really bothersome, but otherwise the truck ran fine, didn't burn oil or anything else strange. I had the oil pump checked, but the GMC service said falling pressure was normal. When it started stalling as I started up from a traffic light, or stop sign, I traded it in at the same Dealer that said there was nothing wrong. How's your oil pressure?

try changing the park plugs if you havent done that already. You could also try to clean the fuel injectors, throttle body and MAF. I had the same problem with my 03 Sierra and the dealer did those three things and it got rid of the problem.

Yeah, clean the throttle body by the blade. It gets gummed up and likes to stick.

I have cleaned throdle body When I stop in tow hall mode it dose not stall so this might be a transmition problem? The dealer still do not know what the problem is I have looked at the technical service bulliten and nothing there. Could this be the tork converter

If the torque converter is staying locked up when you come to a stop the whole truck will be bucking or chugging - just like when you leave the clutch out-in gear on a standard transmission.

clean the injectors and the MAF, is the A/C not cooling when at idle or when you stop?
