Looks like a Ford Tempo that didn't get out of the fast lane fast enough.

I've never seen a Monte with 4 lug wheels. Those look just like Ford Tempo wheels, and the roof line looks to be about the same. Course as butchered as it is, it's kinda hard to tell.

My vote is 1990ish Honda Civic (i.e., the model year before they really rounded them out).

And I see he opted for vortex generators instead of the traditional spoiler or wing setup. Good thinking, as wake turbulence is a known problem off late model civics.

Nah, my vote goes for a '92-'96 Civic based on the hubcaps and dashboard configuration. The '88-'91 dash is flat, so you can put things on top of it. It's also a 4 door with the back doors "molded in" (heh), based on the length of them.

POS. I'm embarrased to even admit that I own a Civic.

Most of my guess was based on the wheel design, seems like I'd seen that style of wheel on the base Tempos. Never did like them. Still, kudos to them for using a 4 lug wheel that looks vaguely like what you'd see on a Vette. Course, I'm speaking of the late 80s Vettes.

It is a 4 door honda converted to 2 door. Civic for sure. 92-96 civic. I already knew that, but thought you all did too.

hmm, might just be - I have to retract my statement about it being a '92-'96 Civic based on the door handle design. Civics from those years had sideways "fingerpulls".

Any chance of more pictures? Laughing Rolling Eyes
