How much is left before your truck is going again? I can't wait to get started on mine. Take pictures so we see how it was all done.

Edited and deleted. Will just say choose wisely who you send a SC to to be rebuilt and ask a lot
Of questions up front.

I hate that too. They should just contacted you right away. It is just good customer relations. you aren't calling them every 15 minutes. We have had to tell a customer we would get done faster if he let us work on your equipment instead of answering the phone all the time. Our boss I had was good for telling the customer his equipment would be done, when we haven't got all the parts in. I ordered some pieces from LMC truck. After Monday if they haven't phoned me I will have to phone them. You are with in your rights as a customer. That is a resonable request. Good luck.

I called and spoke with the owner of PSE today and it was a learning experience for us both. The first conversation he said his guys checked mine Friday and it needed new gears and rotor assembly.... And he had 3 new accounts and way more work than he had staff. I told him waiting on a quality job to be done isn't an issue but the lack of communication is and isn't good customer service and explained my side. Told him to box it up and send it to me bc I personally checked the gears backlash and rotors clearance and they were not excessive and the rotors were fine and never came in contact with each other like they would have if what he said was accurate. So I said the best thing would be for him to box it up and ship it to me and I'll pay the shipping.
He called back and said it concerned him and he went back to his shop And personally disassembled mine and confirmed there was nothing wrong with any part of it and a basic rebuild would be sufficient. He Said he wanted to apologize for
The lack of communication, explained to me in more detail of what was going on that was overwhelming and his changes going on in his shop and that they didn't read the "special instructions section" part I listed on the sheet stating not
To turn over or spin up the SC because I pre- disassembled the unit and the nut on the gear was not fully tight . And I wanted bearings and seals installed.
He owned up to it the mistake(which to me is alot) and wanted to make it right with me and asked if I would give him that opportunity to do so. I told him sure. Go ahead with it. And he told me it will be done in 2 weeks. I said I am fine with waiting and just wanted him to know that just communication with people makes all the difference.
To be continued

Robby, you still using that Snow Kit? I thinking about putting meth injection on my diesel and I honestly don't know why there is a "difference" in the kits (diesel vs gas) since diesel stoch runs all over the map.....

Hey Fred ..... I am still using the gas stage 2 or 3 kit that has a controller to swap from a boost psi input "or" a 0-5v signal from a MAF or TPS sensor to trigger the controller to activate the pump.
I don't know the difference b/w gas or diesel kit either unfortunately. I have called SNOW on a few questions before ad they are very knowledgeable and nice. Give them a call and see if they can answer the questions for you. 719-633-3811 is their number I think.
