06,6.6 LLY Quadzilla wont install HELP

anyone know why my Quadzilla 2 tuner wont install on my (06,LLY) .Can anyone help?? it freezes up at last screen before the countdown should show up to download.

Probably need to pull the fuse in the driver side interior fuse panel. It runs the door chimes and gauges. If there is any data on the bus it will lock up... In my case locked the ECU and I had to restore to factory and pull fuse, re program a tune again.

I tryed pulling the fuse for dash, and still no tune. do i need to flash my comp in truck for stock settings? looks like an RA# for return.
