Thanks, yeah just kidding 'bout the "heap" comment! I'm still torn as to whether I should put 285s on mine... want the look, don't want the performance loss. In any case I want a more agressive offroad tire, as the Goodyear Wrangler HPs just aren't cutting it. Occassionally I have to drive offroad o...

Black Rules. Pro... turn your tires to "black out", itd look even better! Didn't realize that heap looked like that now....looks great! Is that lift just keys/bars&block? Not seeing any BL in there. And those are 285/70R17s, right? I think I want that size in a BFG A/T for my truck....unless Bridge...

That crew looks badass gtoken!

I had black too and while I loved it, I didn't love keeping it clean...hence the silver dirt metallic this time around. This is what it looks like both freshly washed and absolutely filthy.

Absolutely frickin' love that story! My question to the 5 justices that voted in favor of New London...if eminent domain can be used in this fashion, than what types of takings exactly would the fifth ammendment takings clause prohibit? Here's another great article on the subject: http://federalism....

Re: Texas Flag Bowtie

There are a few on ebay if you search for "Texas Flag Bowtie". Have no idea of the quality though (and being in CA I don't see them too often up close).

If I recall correctly this PDF might have the part numbers in it. http://www.fullsizechevy.com/454ss/99-03Silveradopartslist.pdf Ordering this trim can be a bit confusing because there are so many different pieces/configurations. They also changed the style of the trim in 2003 so that there is no lo...

Called him and was ready to give it a shot. This was last Monday (6/20), and he had just run out of PCMs. You can still quick ship him your PCM and have him next-day a new one back, but I'd rather put the shipping $ toward having the insurance of keeping the stock one. On Monday he didn't know exact...

I really like the *IDEA* of a HOA, but the *IMPLEMENTATION* makes me frickin' sick to my stomach. They seem to attract the worst kind of political ambition, i.e., disgruntled residents with nothing better to do than tell you what to do. I would have loved for my Mom to have had a HOA when her neighb...

Yes, and rumor has it the reason was that a "GMT 800" Ford regular cab weighs as much as 4wd crew cab chevy. Still like the new Fords, but they need to go on a diet.

Should I add TV's to the outside of my wheels so you can watch porn spin round and round while I drive? Actually, they have wheels that stay put when you drive, only the inner rim spins. I could mount TV's to the wheels and they would even stay put. 24" wheels, 22" TV. 22" wheels, 20" TV, 20" wheel...

Agree with most all of that. I don't understand why they don't bring all health care related stuff in-house. As far as I can tell though, the UAW will never move an inch. That organization is all about "getting what's theirs" IMHO. I'm not as big on the idea of cutting salaries, especially if they b...

I will say that I think GM's problem is NOT AN EASY ONE. Yeah, there are plenty of obvious items on the list....e.g. offer the LS2 in trucks, build an RWD sports sedan not made by Cadillac, etc. But the real problem is that GM has some major union/pension/health care issues that are nontrivial to so...

Yeah, that is such bs. The government should make them do it. :D LS7 vettes for all....at invoice...minus holdback...and some rebates too.
