Sorry, I haven't been on here in awhile. Drilling the bypass if you haven't do it already was all about checking measurements before drilling. Then slow and steady until the drill punches through.

check the relay function on relay 2. I was chasing low and high speed issues myself. I believe now I just need a diode so my low speed doesn't kick high speed on. this is what I found, the diagram shows 30 feeding 87 when off, then feeding 87a when switched on. The side of my relays showed 30 feedin...

All my relays have 87a on them, I pull them from 2nd gen S10s and Blazers firewall. They are fuel pump and blower motor relays. After looking at my relays I did notice on the relay diagram 87a has the constant 30, not 87 as the top diagram Example of what I'm referring to http://i158.photobucket.com...

I need to put a diode inline so I don't get the double feed in low. They just closed all the RadioShacks around me, so I have to order one.

If I move 87 and 87a back, only fan 2 works, fan 1 loses ground

I pulled the 4th relay and my fans don't turn on when the A/C is turned on.

I wired it according to the drawing Chevy97 posted, but only one fan was kicking on. I was loosing the ground signal on fan 1. That's why I switched 87 and 87a on relay 2 and both fans work

I was told I needed the 4th relay. I can unplug it and see if the fans still kick on when the A/C is turned on.

The hand drawn is an exact copy of the GM schematic I found and posted. Don't understand 4, 3 SPST and 1 SPDT and 3, 2 SPST and 1 SPDT Sorry for the two relay 3, I just copy and pasted the picture in paint to show how I wired it. Anyone should be able to see there are 4 relays and one is labeled wro...

I rewired my relays according to the silverado diagram above and added my A/C relay. Only one fan was coming on with the A/C turned on not both. After checking power and ground signals, I found once switched on Fan 1 would lose ground. Switched 87 and 87a and everything works! This is how it was and...

I wired it according to this standard GM schematic. I don't know if I switched 35 and 36 or if it makes a difference. When relay 3 from the left is plugged in I get power to pin 86 on relay 2 and 87 on relay 4(a/c signal relay) http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t114/VortecBlazer/V8Blazer/05FanWirin...

E-fan wiring with A/C....help

I wired my fans into the pcm while doing the marine intake swap. I don't think they are running low and high. It seems just high runs. Also they will stay on after key off and I have to key on then off again to get them to turn off. This is my wiring can someone point me in the right direction as to...

Depends on if you want to spend the money or not. With just 1.6rr I saw a 20-25hp gain to the wheels, that was seen at the track with a 3mph and 0.2sec gain in the 1/4 mile

HP Tuners help

Need some help with my tune for those that are using HP. My 2-3 shift hits the limiter around 5300rpm in 2nd and doesn't shift to 3rd until I let off the gas. My tuner has raised the limiter as far as I know, but still not shifting past 5200rpm. Any help would be great, I'll post the tune file once ...

She's purring nicely. I put 210hp 276tq when it was a stock L31. Then I installed 1.6rr which according to my gains at the track gave me 20hp at the wheels. So, I should have been around 230hp before the marine intake and cam. I would like to believe those upgrades would be worth more than 16hp.

Thanks It should be around 311hp 367tq. I need to get to another dyno in town to check, the shop I was at is new and they are still learning the dyno. They had it in simulation mode and and my numbers were pretty low cause it puts a load on the tires that's compared to driving on the street. They sa...

Find the rail on ebay or CL also. The injectors you can get from a corvette or camaro guy that has upgraged from their stock 28lb (I had a buddy who gave me his), and the harness you can buy new injector plugs or find some at a local junkyard. If you go the junkyard route like I did you could grab t...

This site made the marine swap possible. Also one of the few that does not have the negativity and keyboard warriors.
