My G80 held up to 600+ hp for 185k then started to click click click click if you got on it hard from a stop.. It's a trutrac now.

fwiw I've had merchant's kit in there for some 60k+ Miles and I'm just over 180k now with no failures.. Driven like it's stolen since 0 MI.

you could ship them to jethot but I've never been wealthy enough to justify it. they also sell precoated headers too, in the popular brands.

I'm curious to see the results. I want to build an LML duramax to replace the LBZ.. Be nice to coat everything and see how much friction and heat I can reduce.

Probably need to pull the fuse in the driver side interior fuse panel. It runs the door chimes and gauges. If there is any data on the bus it will lock up... In my case locked the ECU and I had to restore to factory and pull fuse, re program a tune again.
